1942 Congressman Hatton W. Sumners Signed Photo With Letter. I purchased this framed photo at a local SC auction. The letter was included and reads that the Congressman visited a John Bratton Davis here in SC in 1942. The letter mentions the photograph. I am not an expert but I believe the autograph on the photo is real and the signature on the letter appears slightly different and I believe it to be signed by his secretary.
