    Description

    Antique Blacksmith Hand Forged Farm Kitchen Butcher Cleaver Knife Horn Handle. Condition is "Used". To be expected wear from age and use. I believe this to be colonial period, 1700's. I have not seen any cleaver this early or with a handle made of horn like this. It has touch marks on top edge blade, a bunch of circles maybe the letter p. Please see all the photos for the best description and ask any questions that you may have. Measures 14.5" long from end of blade to end of handle.  Blade measures 3.5" across the end. There is a forged hook in handle, good to hang and hand fits well into crevice against it.
