He was Republican Governor of Oregon 1959-1967.
The state's first two-term Governor in the 20th century.
Signed Envelope and Letter were obtained in a Large box of items I obtained from Stamp Auction.
There was No documentation authenticating the signature that was provided with this item.
For Comparison, I have taken from Internet, a copy of Mark O. Hatfield official signature (see picture# 4).
The Signature on  looks just like and matches the authenticated signature.
I am not an expert so I cannot say anything one way or another.
The exact  envelope and letter pictured is what you will receive.
