    Description

    Royal Winton Grimwades "Morning Glory" rectangular candy dish.  Beautiful pattern of colorful morning glory vines on a black background.  Made in England.  Rectangular candy dish measures approximately 8" x 5".  Overall good vintage condition with some crazing on the bottom side and two chips on the bottom.  I have provided a closeup of the blemishes on the bottom.  Each is approximately 1/2"-3/4" in width. The top of the lip is raised approximately 3/4" above the center part of the dish (prevents candy from spilling out). The dish sits square despite the chips.  Gold banding is very good and continuous.
    These pieces are part of an exquisite chintz collection that I acquired via estate sale.  I will be posting many more pieces over the next couple of weeks and I am happy to combine shipping.
