Vintage Scotland 1949 Edinburgh Hallmark Silver Thomas Ebbut Skean Dubhs Signed.  Doing some research I believe it is from 1949.  In good condition needs some cleaning.  It measures 7 3/4" long and the blade 3 1/2".  The silver piece by the blade is a little loose.  Hallmarked on the back T.E. 3 hallmarks Scotland.  I am not an expert on knives please check the pictures for additional information and if you have any questions email me.  Check my other auctions I will be listing more knives.
